Why fulvic and humic is needed for plants and humans

Ok, so what’s the deal with needing to add Fulvic and Humic in my garden?  What does it have to do with my health?

“You can trace every sickness, every disease, every ailment to a mineral deficiency.”

Why fulvic and humic is needed for plants and humans

fulvic and humic contain 75+ trace minerals

Fulvic & Humic trace minerals hold the key to an essential foundation, where the minerals work together to support the biological functions that are at the root of overall health.

At one time, our soil naturally contained Fulvic and Humic trace minerals.  Simply by growing our crops in the mineral rich soil and eating these crops, our bodies were given these trace minerals that are necessary for our cells to perform the many functions they are designed for.

In current times, it’s common to treat our soil and crops with herbicides and pesticides.  Unfortunately, this causes our soil the inability to maintain the healthy ecosystem that is needed to produce Humic substances.  These Humic substances contain Fulvic & Humic trace minerals.

Even organic crops can be depleted of Fulvic and Humic minerals!

Our soil is depleted of essential trace minerals

Let’s take a closer look at studies comparing mineral content over a period of time.

A study was done to show the historical changes in the mineral content of fruits and vegetables in the UK from 1940-2019. The variety of fruits and vegetables tested were: cabbage, carrots, cauliflower, celery, cucumber, leeks, lettuce, mushrooms, onions, peas, potatoes, radishes, beans, tomatoes, watercress, avocado, bananas, blackberries, cherries, apples, grapefruit, grapes, nectarines, oranges, pears, pineapple, plums, raspberries, strawberries.

The results of the study showed reductions of: Iron – 50%, Copper – 49%, Sodium - 52%, Magnesium - 10%, and potassium 5%. (1). This is eye-opening, showing significant decrease is some of our most important minerals that our bodies need for optimal health.

Dr. August Dunning, physicist and chemist, shows and example of the outcome of mineral depletion in our soil over a 50-year period.

You would need to consume 26 apples in 1998 in order to get the same amount of iron that was in 1 apple in 1950. That’s a lot of apples!

By adding Fulvic and Humic trace minerals to vegetable, fruit, and herb gardens, you are supplying the essential trace minerals for the plants to grow and thrive to their fullest. When you consume the plants, you are providing your body with the minerals that many of us are in need of to perform daily functions at the cellular level.

healthy, mineral filled gardens = healthy, mineral Superfoods = healthy minerals enriched bodies
